I only belatedly learnt of Peter and his family through Lucinda's research into Algar family history, it's been my absolute pleasure to learn that Peter was a half sibling to my aunt Rene and my uncle George. The similarity between Peter and Rene was striking. It's been  delightful seeing Peter's photos and videos on You Tube and hearing Lucinda's stories about Peter's childhood. Surely Peter was the bonniest baby ever to win a competition. Peter's legacy is his lovely family and beautiful grandchildren.
